**Role Overview**: We’re seeking an experienced and dynamic **Lead IT Recruiter** to lead our recruitment efforts in Nagpur. As a key member of our team, you’ll play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and retaining top IT talent. **Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Talent Acquisition**:

- Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective sourcing plans.
- **End-to-End Recruitment**:

- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
- Conduct thorough interviews, assess technical skills, and evaluate cultural fit.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Mentor and guide junior recruiters.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.
- Drive performance metrics and achieve hiring targets.
- **Market Insights**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and talent availability.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize recruitment processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience as an IT recruiter, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of technology domains (software development, infrastructure, data science, etc.).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
