We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with a minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics tools and a proven track record in executing successful online campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
  • Optimize SEO/SEM efforts to improve organic visibility and search rankings.
  • Manage content marketing strategies, including blogs, email campaigns, newsletters, and website content.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media insights.
  • Manage and grow the company's presence on social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and other team members to ensure campaign goals are met.
  • Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, and competitor analysis to refine digital strategies.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a digital marketing role (agency or in-house).
  • Proven experience in SEO, PPC, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
  • Solid understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other reporting tools.
  • Strong writing, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce).
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS or WordPress is a plus.
  • Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, or Facebook Blueprint is an advantage.
