We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketer with strong hands-on experience in Meta and Google Ads to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can execute and optimize digital campaigns, and also contribute to team growth by training and mentoring junior marketers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta and Google platforms (Search, Display, YouTube, etc.)
  • Develop digital marketing strategies aligned with client goals and target audiences.
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and generate performance reports.
  • A/B test ad creatives, copy, and targeting to maximize ROI.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and algorithm updates in digital advertising.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives.
  • Communicate directly with clients to present strategies, results, and recommendations.
  • Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to junior digital marketers or interns as needed.
  • Manage budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently and within spend limits.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–5 years of proven experience in running successful Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Certification in Google Ads and Meta Blueprint is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to train and mentor team members is an added advantage.
  • Experience working in an agency environment is a strong advantage.

Job Type: Full-time
