We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Media Associate to join our Calicut team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing principles, along with hands-on skills in video shorts / reel videos creation, editing, and content production for various online platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve website rankings.
  • Manage social media accounts and create engaging content calendars.
  • Assist in running paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Ads Manager.

Media Production:

  • Capture and produce high-quality video shorts / reel videos and photos for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
  • Create short-form content (video shorts / reel videos, YouTube Shorts) aligned with brand strategy.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute visual storytelling ideas.
  • Maintain an organized library of visual assets for ongoing and future campaigns.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Completed a Digital Marketing course or equivalent certification.
  • Basic to intermediate experience in creating and editing video shorts / reel videos.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, social media, analytics, etc.).
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Experience using VN, Instagram editing tools, or similar applications is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Passion for content creation, storytelling, and staying updated with digital trends.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

Job Type: Full-time (Onsite)
