Role Overview

We're looking for a proactive and creative fresher who's excited to learn and grow in digital marketing and content. This role combines digital marketing execution (SEO, ads, campaigns) with content creation & styling — making it ideal for someone who loves both strategy and creativity.

You'll work closely with the strategy, design, and shoot teams to plan and execute content, manage accounts, and ensure smooth campaign rollouts.

Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing

  • Assist in setting up and managing ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and other platforms.
  • Work on SEO basics — keyword research, meta tags, blog optimization, on-page updates.
  • Support in campaign reporting and performance tracking.
  • Research trends, competitor activities, and new tools.

Content & Styling

  • Assist in styling and planning product or brand shoots.
  • Coordinate with photographers, models, and team members on shoot days.
  • Help script and ideate reels, videos, and brand stories.
  • Support in planning monthly content calendars and creative directions.
  • Ensure content goes live on time and aligns with brand tone.

Account Management

  • Act as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients (with guidance).
  • Help prepare briefs, follow up on tasks, and keep timelines on track.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, copy, ads, shoots) to deliver final work.
  • Maintain trackers and ensure smooth campaign execution.

Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, or related fields.
  • Passion for digital marketing, branding, and content creation.
  • Good communication skills in English (Malayalam/Hindi is a plus).
  • Basic understanding of Instagram, Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO tools.
  • Creative eye for styling, aesthetics, and trends.
  • Organized, eager to learn, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior internships or college project experience is a bonus (not mandatory).
