Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Executive located in Pune. The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for market planning, conducting market research, developing communication strategies, and executing sales and marketing activities. Primary duties involve identifying potential markets, analyzing market trends, developing and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Skills in Market Planning and Market Research
- Strong Communication skills
- Proven experience in Sales and Marketing
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in agriculture or agrochemical industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

· Pitching various products to generate leads and sending quotations.
· Follow up on quotations and booking orders from interested clients.
· Coordinating with factory team and dispatching the orders
· Payment collection and client relationship management
· Planning business on weekly and monthly basis and reporting to management proactively.
