Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Pune. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, developing sales strategies, and building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Daily tasks include conducting market research, understanding client needs, presenting product and service offerings, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, they will participate in collaborations to enhance business performance and contribute to business growth initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in sales techniques, client relationship management, and negotiation skills
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities
  • Experience in market research and generating leads to expand client base
  • Self-motivation, goal-oriented mindset, and ability to work independently
  • Knowledge of sustainability and eco-friendly products is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in sales or a customer-facing role is an asset
