Job Description:
Job Summary
Working hours: 9 hours working including 1 hour break , Full Time -- Monday to Sunday (any 2 days week off will be given)
Flexible in shift timing and flexible in adjusting leaves/week off as per process requirement.
Responsibilities:
- Performs data entry
- Basic skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Meeting all KPI requirement
- Ability to prioritize daily tasks and promote a positive work environment
- Self-Motivated Learner
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good analytical skills with an aptitude for problem solving.
- Proficient knowledge and use of Microsoft applications (Access, Excel, Word, etc.).
- Effective time management skills, flexibility and ability to adapt to change.
- Self-starter with ability to multitask and work independently under pressure.
Skill Requirements:
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong typing skills
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivation and the ability to work on your own initiative
- Must possess advance reasoning and research skills
- Decision making skills
- Good typing speed for data entry
- Customer focused
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any field.
Good Communications skills in English
Good Typing speed
