About Position:

Responsible for Procurement of IT related material which majorly includes Hardware, Software & Services

What You'll Do:

  • Software Purchase, Software Renewals
  • Hardware Purchase like Laptop, Desktop, Networking, AV set up & other IT related material
  • Hardware AMC renewals
  • Peripherals, IT Spares, Printer etc
  • Co-ordination with internal teams.
  • Releasing PO in Oracle Fusion ERP & maintaining the delivery status
  • Should handle Audit related requirements. (If any)
  • Manage relationships with suppliers. Evaluate performance and areas of opportunity.
  • Preparing the comparison sheets take the necessary approvals & awarding the PO to eligible vendor
  • Other activities as directed by the manager related to functions

Expertise You'll Bring:

  • Well versed with the IT Procurement
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (including Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Teams)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Hands on experience of working on the ERP
