Job Description:

Qualification: Minimum Any Graduate. Preferably MBA
Experience: Min 4 to 8 years Executive Asst or Secretarial activities
Gender: Male or female
Work location: On Pirangut road in Pune

Job responsibilities:
Responsible for maintaining effective official records,
Responsible for communication and correspondence from CEO office,
Responsible in circulating approved agenda and minutes to concerned departments,
Responsible for checking that agreed actions are carried out,
Responsible for Preparing work orders for all project as directed.

Main Responsibilities
Gathering & collecting all the relevant information as directed,
Executive support in terms of admin (drafting the documents etc) to the CEO,
Keeping contact details of the management and relevant members of the Company,
Ensuring efficient reporting and sharing required information,
Maintaining filing system including confidential documents,
Mailing the DPRs of all projects to the Sr. Management,
Updating the manpower report for various sites,
Keeping follow up with various departments as directed by management,
Preparing Agenda for all projects review and circulating to all the depts.,
Preparing MOM for all projects and circulating to all the depts.,
Maintaining Indent raised sheet,
Preparing Monthly Reports for all Projects for Finance Dept,
Preparing Monthly Reports for all Projects for Management,
Maintaining all the records of quality and safety reports,
Keeping records of all the hindrances for various projects with reference to DPRs,
All the above works at the directive of CEO,
Preparing work orders for all project as directed Manager Contracts,
Follow-up with Contractors for issuing work order & other desired co-ordination as per contracts department's requirement,
Must understand general business scenarios, organization structures,
Experience of co-ordination,
Assistant to top management,
