Position: IT Recruiter

Experience: 0-3 Years

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various IT roles (developer, tester, cloud/data engineer) using Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
  • Conduct initial telephonic/video interviews to assess candidates technical and behavioral fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and technical leads to define job requirements and selection criteria.
  • Draft and post job ads on multiple platforms for Ahmedabad and PAN India hiring.
  • Schedule interviews, collect feedback, ensure timely communication and offer rollouts.
  • Maintain and update records in Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or recruitment software.
  • Assist with onboarding activities and joining formalities as required.
  • Build and maintain a candidate pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.
  • Participate in campus hiring drives, recruitment events, and employer branding initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (any discipline; engineering or IT background preferred).
  • 0-3 years experience in recruiting, preferably in IT/technical staffing.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies (e.g., Java, Python, Cloud, Data Engineering), and hiring practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), use of Microsoft Office, and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple requirements and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work from the Ahmedabad office.

Good to Have:

  • Prior experience in agency or corporate IT recruitment.
  • Familiarity with technical screening/assessment tools.
  • Exposure to campus/campus hiring or mass recruitment processes.
