In this role:

- You will partner with the account team and Sr. Recruiter to understand staffing needs, screen resumes, and

What you will need:

- Minimum 0 years to 2 years of relevant experience as a Recruiter preferably recruitment industry.
- Must be able to work and recruit with tight deadlines even when under pressure, and still be able to provide good quality human resources.
- Must be able to multitask with and should be genuine and empathetic-with their communication skills, and be a good listener.
- You must be proficient in Microsoft Office and any other software required for recruitments.
- Should have the convincing ability with the ability to relate to people at all levels with good time management skills.
- Be target-driven, data-driven, ambitious, responsible and committed.
- Analytical skills to forecast and identify recruitment trends and challenges.
- Should be patient and mature enough to handle sales pressure and deliver best results.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
