Helix Tech It Solution is a dynamic and forward-thinking organization specializing in IT staffing and workforce solutions. We are currently seeking 15 Marketing Executives to join our Bench Sales Department and play a key role in our growth and success.

**Job Description**:
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Marketing Executives to join our Bench Sales Department. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and placing our bench consultants with our clients, contributing to the growth of our IT staffing division.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships to understand their staffing needs.
- Promote and market our bench consultants to clients, emphasizing their skills and expertise.
- Negotiate and secure agreements for the placement of consultants with clients.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential job openings.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to match the right consultants with client requirements.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-up with both clients and consultants.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and agreements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Freshr graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Immediate availability to join our team.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift
- US shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
