Job Title: Bench Sales Recruiter

Salary Range: INR 17,000 to INR 30,000 per month

**Requirements**:

- Fluent English communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 0-3 years of experience in bench sales recruitment (freshers are also welcome)
- Ability to work in night shifts
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills

**Job Description**:
As a Bench Sales Recruiter at Yuvii Consultancy, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting for our clients' bench requirements. You will be responsible for the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening resumes to scheduling and conducting interviews.

Key Responsibilities:

- Schedule and coordinate in-person interviews with hiring managers
- Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and develop recruitment strategies

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
