With a growing global presence, Cellexia relies on performance marketing to scale our digital customer acquisition. We are now hiring a results-driven Media Buyer from India who can manage and optimize campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and YouTube to grow ROI while maintaining brand positioning.

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, remote role for a Media Buyer based in India. You will be responsible for planning, launching, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube. You'll work closely with the creative team to develop ad creatives, test variations, and continuously improve performance.

The ideal candidate should be analytically driven, fluent in campaign strategy and execution, and experienced in the beauty or eCommerce space. Key ResponsibilitiesLaunch and manage paid campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and YouTubeMonitor KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CPA, CPM) and optimize accordingly

Set up and manage targeting, audiences, budgets, and bidding strategies

Conduct creative testing and performance reporting

Coordinate with content and design teams for ad creatives

Implement A/B testing on creatives, copy, and landing pages

Monitor pixel and conversion tracking setup

Stay up to date with platform algorithm changes and media buying trendsQualifications2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns (Meta + Google mandatory; YouTube a strong bonus)Strong knowledge of ad platforms: Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, YouTube AdsProven experience with eCommerce brands or DTC campaigns

Familiarity with performance metrics and campaign testing strategies

Strong analytical skills and confidence in handling campaign reports

Excellent English communication and collaboration skills

Bonus: experience using TripleWhale, Hyros, or other attribution platforms
