At Growthmodo, we scale DTC brands that punch above their weight—and we're looking for an Associate Media Buyer who's ready to help us drive serious performance across Meta Ads and Google Ads. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who lives for CTRs, CPCs, and ROAS—and wants to sharpen their skills in a high-growth agency environment. What

You'll Do:Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Facebook/Instagram and Google Search/Shopping/Display. Analyze data, test creatives & audiences, and improve ROAS at every touchpoint.

Work closely with creative, strategy, and data teams to execute killer campaigns. Stay ahead of platform changes, algorithm shifts, and ad trends. You'll Crush

This Role If You:Have 1–2 years of experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads.

Understand performance metrics like ROAS, CPA, and CVR like a second language. Have experience with eComm or DTC brands (bonus points). Are curious, performance-obsessed, and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
