What You'll Do
  • Plan, launch, and scale Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube) for high-growth D2C brands.
  • Research audiences, analyze competitors, and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Optimize campaigns daily — from bids and budgets to creatives and targeting.
  • Track key performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC) and deliver insights.
  • Test new ideas, creatives, and strategies in collaboration with the team.
  • Stay on top of industry trends, new ad formats, and Google platform updates.
What We're Looking For
  • 1+ year of hands-on experience running Google Ads campaigns.
  • Must-have : Solid understanding of Google Ads for D2C brands .
  • Strong grasp of performance marketing metrics and optimization levers.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action.
  • Attention to detail, curiosity, and eagerness to learn.
  • Bonus: Experience with Meta Ads or certifications in Google Ads.
