Facebook Ads Media Buyer Position

Are you a skilled and ambitious ad professional seeking a challenging role in social media marketing? We have an exciting opportunity for a Facebook Ads Media Buyer to join our dynamic team.
This is a full-time, remote position that requires exceptional analytical, creative, and technical skills. As a Facebook Ads Media Buyer, you will be responsible for managing and optimising ad spend on Facebook and Instagram, building and scaling full-funnel campaigns, and analysing performance metrics.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and optimising ad spend on Facebook and Instagram
- Building and scaling full-funnel campaigns using real strategy and data analysis
- Using spreadsheets and dashboards to analyse performance metrics such as CPL, CTR, ROAS, and CAC
- Testing ad creatives and developing compelling hooks, headlines, and ad copy
- Producing clear daily reports and being accountable for campaign performance
If you are highly analytical, confident with maths, and have experience running Facebook/Meta Ads with a proven track record, we want to hear from you. This role offers a competitive starting salary of ₹30,000+ INR/month (negotiable based on experience and results), 100% remote work, 15 days paid leave per year, close mentorship from experienced entrepreneurs and marketers, and a clear performance-based growth path.
