Sales ExecutiveJob Summary

The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role involves prospecting, presenting products or services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction to support long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations for clients.
  • Understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals successfully.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams for lead generation and strategy alignment.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, or networking meetings as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
