Requirements:

The Pre-Sales Executive will play a crucial role in generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and supporting the sales and design teams. This role involves understanding client needs, presenting interior design solutions, coordinating with designers, and ensuring a Smooth/ Strong communication skills to transition from inquiry to project kickoff.

Responsibilities:

· Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, website, and social media.

· Explain company services, design process, pricing structure, and project flow to potential clients.

· Share design portfolios, walkthroughs, and presentations to help clients understand offerings.

· Conduct initial qualification of leads based on project scope, budget, and timeline.

· Schedule client meetings, site visits, and design consultations.

· Coordinate with the design team to prepare preliminary proposals, mood boards, and cost estimates.

· Assist in preparing and sending quotations, proposals, and BOQs.

· Maintain a strong follow-up routine to convert inquiries into appointments and sales opportunities.

· Update the google sheet with lead status, follow-up notes, and client details.

Qualifications:

· Diploma, Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

· 0–2 years of experience in pre-sales, customer service, or sales coordination (experience in interior design or real estate is a plus).
