Role Overview
We're looking for a Customer Success Executive who loves interacting with parents, understands their needs, and ensures every experience with TheElefant feels warm, smooth, and valuable. You'll be the go-to person for members — helping them with subscriptions, toy exchanges, feedback, and ensuring their kids' playtime never runs out of fun
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and onboard new parents to TheElefant Toy Library
- Understand customer needs and suggest the best toy plans or membership options.
- Ensure timely coordination for toy deliveries, returns, and renewals.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and concerns with empathy and clarity.
- Maintain accurate member records and updates in our system.
- Coordinate with the operations and play arena teams to ensure smooth service.
- Proactively engage with members to boost satisfaction and retention.
Who You Are
- You genuinely enjoy talking to people — especially parents and kids
- You're organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- You handle queries with patience and professionalism.
- You take ownership — if there's a problem, you find a solution.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or front-desk roles.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus).
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Excel, and basic CRM tools.
