Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the TA team in end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Help draft and send offer letters and other onboarding documents.
- Conduct initial outreach to passive candidates on LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and career fairs.
- Support various TA projects and process improvements.
- Maintain candidate databases and generate reports as needed.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and ATS tools (experience is a plus).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
