Work Leader

We are looking for a highly skilled Work Leader to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Human Resources and be able to lead a team effectively. They should also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Create a positive work environment by implementing policies that promote productivity and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement human resources goals and objectives aligned with the organization's overall strategy.
  • Identify and develop high performers and high potentials through career path planning and succession management.
  • Ensure effective execution of HR operations processes using HR technology, including payroll preparation, compensation and benefits administration, and separation procedures.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures related to all Human Resources matters.

Key responsibilities include manpower planning, recruitment and selection, training and development, talent management, HR operations, policy development, and thought leadership.

Requirements:
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in leading HR teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex HR issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Experience with HR technology, including HRMS and SAP.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in India.
