Senior Human Resources Director

As a leader in the healthcare industry, we are seeking an experienced professional to oversee our human resources functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic objectives for HR that align with the organization's vision and mission.
- Create a positive and productive work environment by implementing policies that foster innovation, creativity, and efficiency.
- Implement performance management processes to identify and develop high-performing employees.
Specific Duties:
- Manpower Planning: Develop a comprehensive manpower plan that takes into account factors such as hospital size, occupancy rates, and staff-to-patient ratios.
- Recruitment and Selection: Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including conducting interviews and assessments using relevant tools.
- Training and Development: Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Talent Management: Identify and develop high-potential employees through career planning and development initiatives.
- HR Operations: Manage HR operations processes, including payroll, compensation, benefits administration, and separation procedures.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with experience in HR operations, talent management, and training and development, are essential.
