Senior Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Human Resources professional to lead our team. As a Senior Human Resources Manager, you will play a crucial role in implementing HR strategies that support business objectives.

  1. You will be responsible for fostering a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives and regular communication.
  2. Implement the Continuous Performance Management System, which includes goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms in collaboration with the Corporate HR team.
  3. IDentify high-potential employees at the unit level and ensure they participate in talent development programs in conjunction with the Corporate HR team.
  4. Collaborate with the Corporate HR team to develop individual development plans (IDPs) that enhance functional and behavioral competencies among employees.
  5. Drive recognition and reward programs to acknowledge high-performing employees.
  6. Lead talent acquisition efforts for the unit, ensuring timely hiring of qualified candidates.
  7. Develop strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  8. Oversee onboarding and integration processes for new hires.
  9. Identify training needs within the unit and ensure relevant training programs are conducted in collaboration with the corporate Learning and Development team.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A graduate degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
