2. Job Overall:

What we do is international recruitment in healthcare sector.HR Consultant will be communicating with candidates from initial talk to deployment. You will engaged with German market. You are responsible for selling clients in Germany to healthcare workers in India.

3. Responsibilities:

  • Achieving number of submission to clients weekly.(2 per week)
  • Achieving number of offer signed monthly.(4 per month)
  • Communication with candidates.
  • Communication with teams(in India and Germany)

The ideal candidate shall have the following qualifications:

  • Must have a Bachelor's or College degree
  • Open to Fresh Graduates
  • Working experience in recruitment is a plus but not required
  • Proficient in English verbal and written communication
  • Collaborative, and can work harmoniously with colleagues
  • Can meet hiring targets on a weekly basis
  • Can handle applicants and clients in a very professional way
  • Has a positive attitude and self-managed
