Role Description
We are seeking a
dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive
to join our on-site team in
Agra
. This is a
full-time position
responsible for driving business growth through
new client acquisition, lead generation, and account management
.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base, nurturing long-term business relationships, and ensuring service satisfaction through proactive communication and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the manpower and facility management sectors.
- Generate qualified leads through market research, networking, and online/offline outreach.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
- Collaborate with internal departments (operations, HR, finance) for smooth service delivery.
- Track, report, and analyze sales performance and market trends.
- Oversee daily operational activities across HR, Finance, and Admin.
- Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and documentation.
- Assist management with business planning, reporting, and workflow optimization.
- Maintain and update records in CRM and HRM systems.
- Support client service operations and ensure timely communication.
Qualifications
- 0–3 years of experience in
Business Development, Sales, or Client Servicing
. - Strong skills in
lead generation, negotiation, and client relationship management
. - Excellent
verbal and written communication
abilities. - Proven ability to work
independently and collaboratively
within a team environment. - Bachelor's degree in
business administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Familiarity with the
service industry (manpower, facility management, or security)
is an advantage.
