Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Agra for a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and engaging potential clients through lead generation and networking. Additional responsibilities include managing client accounts, developing and nurturing long-term relationships, and implementing new business strategies to drive growth. The successful candidate will also collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and goals are achieved.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Strong skills in Account Management and fostering professional relationships
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solid understanding of Business strategies and market analysis
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively
  • Previous experience in sales or business development is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
