Key Responsibilities
- Generate new client leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking channels.
- Research potential clients (Staffing Agencies, Direct Clients, MSP/VMS).
- Assist in building relationships with clients and understanding their hiring needs.
- Support senior team in business development, lead generation, and proposal drafting.
- Maintain client data, sales activities, and updates in CRM tools.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure client requirements are fulfilled.
- Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly lead-generation targets.
Required Skills
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Basic understanding of sales and recruitment concepts.
- Willingness to work in night shifts (US time zone).
- Good learning attitude and ability to handle client interactions.
- Knowledge of MS Office and LinkedIn is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
