Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Agra. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing business strategies, and conducting market research. The Business Development Manager will prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong business development, sales, and client relationship management skills.
  • Strategic planning and market research capabilities to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently manage objectives.
  • Familiarity with IT staffing, consulting, and software development services is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in relevant software tools, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in the IT or related industries is advantageous.
