for potential clients - Follow up with clients to track enquiry status and gather feedback for
sales pipeline management - Ensure timely sharing of
event cost estimates, creative presentations, and event concepts - Act as the key point of contact for existing clients and manage
long-term B2B client relationships - Maintain client loyalty by offering
personalized event services
