Role & responsibilities
- To develop retail products for Retail for Engine Oil, Coolant, Brake Fluids, Greases etc
- Appoint distributors for Lubricants in Automotive sector
- Plan Scheme and launch lubricants
- Study the market and advise the company for promotion campaign and increase the sales
- Should have technical knowledge for Lubricants and attend technical problems
- Organise small group seminars and educate Automobile mechanics to use the product
- Give input to company for packaging products
- Plan for advertisement and publicity of products
- Make sales target and motivate the lube retailers for sale of products.
- Demonstrate products to probable customers.
- Planning the activities for achieving sales target.
- Identifing Potential Customers and get business from the same.
- Sales Presentation to Management .
- To meet probable customers and demonstrate companys products.
- Create awareness amongst users.
- Explain utility of the products.
- Visiting the Retail store regularly to ensure good relationship with Store owners.
- Liasoning with Govt Institutions Tendering and Bidding. Securing Technical Approval. Dealing & Maintaining Relationship with Defense, Irrigation, PWD, Railways, Dock, Power & Govt Institutions
- Planning and execution of the Sales Promotion activities and events to assist develop Brand Equity.
- Participating in various Trade Shows & Industry expositions
