About the Role

We are hiring an experienced NetSuite Techno-Functional Consultant with strong capabilities in both functional solutioning and technical execution. The ideal candidate must have delivered at least 5–6 end-to-end NetSuite implementation projects, with expertise in configuration, customization, workflows, scripting coordination, and system integrations.

This role involves leading implementations, optimizing business processes, and providing hands-on technical-functional support.

Key Responsibilities1. NetSuite Implementation & Configuration

  • Lead full-cycle NetSuite ERP implementation projects including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post–go-live support.
  • Configure modules such as Financials, Inventory, Procurement, Order-to-Cash, CRM, Projects, etc.
  • Create and deploy custom forms, workflows, saved searches, dashboards, KPIs, and custom records.
  • Manage data migration processes including mapping, cleanup, and validation.

2. Technical Execution (Techno-Functional)

  • Collaborate closely with developers on SuiteScript (1.0/2.0) requirements; provide detailed technical specifications.
  • Participate in debugging, testing, and validation of scripts and customizations.
  • Work on SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteBuilder and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Drive enhancements and automation through workflows, scripts, and configuration changes.

3. Business Process Analysis & Solution Design

  • Conduct GAP analysis and design end-to-end process flows aligned with NetSuite best practices.
  • Recommend scalable NetSuite solutions that improve efficiency across Finance, SCM, CRM, and Operations.
  • Translate business needs into both functional and technical design documents.

4. Support, Troubleshooting & Enhancements

  • Provide Level 2/3 support for implemented modules and customizations.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to workflows, scripts, integrations, reports, and customizations.
  • Optimize performance, automate manual processes, and improve data accuracy.

5. Documentation & Training

  • Prepare BRDs, FRDs, technical specs, process flows, UAT scenarios, and user manuals.
  • Conduct admin/user training sessions for smooth adoption.

6. Stakeholder & Project Coordination

  • Act as the key point of contact between business users, technical teams, developers, and stakeholders.
  • Provide project updates, highlight risks, and ensure timely delivery of all implementation milestones.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Mandatory: Minimum 4+ full-cycle NetSuite implementation projects delivered.
  • Strong functional knowledge of Finance, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Inventory, CRM, Projects.
  • Hands-on experience with SuiteFlow, Saved Searches, Custom Records, Workflows, Dashboards, Reporting.
  • Ability to create technical specs for SuiteScript customizations.
  • Working understanding of SuiteScript (1.0/2.0), integrations (REST/SOAP), and automation.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
  • NetSuite certification is a plus (ERP Consultant / SuiteFoundation / Admin).
