Position Overview

We are a leading global provider of enterprise solutions, with a focus on optimizing asset management and business processes. We are looking for an experienced Senior Maximo Techno-Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a versatile professional who can work across technical and functional domains and lead projects from estimation and bidding to delivery and support. The Senior Maximo Techno-Functional Consultant will be responsible for providing end-to-end Maximo solutions, including technical development, functional consulting, and project leadership. This role also involves supporting business development activities such as pre-sales presentations, demos, and bidding estimation for Maximo projects. The ideal candidate is a seasoned Maximo expert with a strong blend of technical and functional skills who can lead teams and deliver successful Maximo implementations.

Key Responsibilities
Techno-Functional Expertise:

• Lead the design, configuration, customization, and development of IBM Maximo EAM solutions across various modules (e.g., Work Management, Asset Management, Inventory, Procurement).
• Strong working knowledge and implementation experience with MAS 8.0 and above including installation, configuration, and module deployments.

Solution Delivery:

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Maximo projects, ensuring high-quality implementations and successful client outcomes.

Bidding and Estimation:

• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to create accurate estimates for project bids, including technical effort, resource allocation, and timelines.

Pre-Sales Support:

• Assist in pre-sales activities by conducting client demos, presentations, and workshops, demonstrating Maximo's capabilities and showcasing your expertise.

Client Interaction:

• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Maximo, interacting with clients to understand their needs and propose appropriate solutions.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers and consultants, providing guidance and technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle.

Customization & Integration:

• Develop customizations, integrations, and enhancements using Maximo tools (e.g., MIF, Automation Scripts, Java) and integrate Maximo with other enterprise systems like ERP, GIS, or IoT platforms.

Testing and Deployment:

• Manage system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure smooth deployment and post-go-live support.

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for improving existing Maximo solutions and client processes, staying up-to-date with new features and industry trends.

Required Qualifications:

Experience:

• 8+ years of experience with IBM Maximo, with a strong track record in both technical development and functional consulting.

Tech Skills:

• Expertise in Maximo customizations, configurations, MBOs, Java, Automation Scripts, and Maximo Integration Framework (MIF).
• Experience with IBM MAS 8.0 and above, including configuration, customization, and deployment within the MAS platform.

Functional Expertise:

• Deep understanding of business processes related to asset management, work order management, inventory, procurement, and more.

Pre-Sales Experience:

• Experience in delivering product demos, creating presentations, and supporting bidding and estimation efforts for Maximo projects.

Project Leadership:

• Proven experience in leading Maximo projects, from planning and execution to delivery and support.

Communication:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Maximo certification is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Maximo Certification: IBM Certified Deployment Professional in Maximo Asset Management.
• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in Java/J2EE, REST/SOAP Web Services, database systems (Oracle, SQL Server), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Agile Methodology: Experience working within an Agile development environment.
