Salary Package:
₹17,000 (fixed) + ₹3,000 (allowances)

Performance Target:
₹5,00,000 (Incentives provided upon achieving targets)

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote insurance products.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
  • Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of customer applications.
  • Provide post-sale support and assistance for claim settlements.
  • Represent the company professionally within the assigned district.

Requirements

  • Must be a graduate (any discipline preferred).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a sales mindset.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
  • Mandatory:
    Candidate must have his/her own two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
  • Prior experience in sales/insurance/financial services will be an added advantage.
