Role Overview

We are looking for a technically and client-focused
Sales Engineer

to join our team, specialising in
3D animation, industrial visualisation, and technical storytelling solutions for the manufacturing sector

. This role bridges the gap between our creative teams and manufacturing clients, helping them visualise complex products and processes through engaging and accurate animations.

As a Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in understanding client requirements, presenting customised 3D solutions, and driving business growth through consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospective and existing manufacturing clients to understand their product visualization needs.
  • Present and demonstrate 3D animation and visualization capabilities tailored to the manufacturing industry (e.g., assembly line animations, process simulations, product demos).
  • Collaborate with internal creative and technical teams to develop proposals and scope-of-work documents.
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical consultation and support.
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations, demos, and prototypes to showcase how our 3D solutions can solve client problems.
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on manufacturing trends and how 3D animation can enhance marketing, training, and communication.
  • Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to strategic business development initiatives.
  • Attend industry events, expos, and networking opportunities to represent the company and generate leads.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, Animation, or a related technical field.
  • 2+ years of experience in technical sales, ideally in animation/visualization or manufacturing.
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes and the ability to interpret technical drawings or CAD files.
  • Familiarity with 3D animation tools (e.g., Autodesk, Blender, 3ds Max, Maya) is a plus.
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear visual solutions.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM platforms, and basic project documentation.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.

  • Experience with digital content workflows for manufacturing or industrial training.
