We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with 2+ years of experiencein the IT industry to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth through lead generation and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in the IT/software services domain.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions and services.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in target markets.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Maintain records of sales activities, pipeline, and client communications using CRM tools.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or lead generation in the IT or software industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT services such as web development, mobile app development, software solutions, cloud services, etc.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Experience working with international clients (US, UK, UAE, etc.)
  • Knowledge of bidding platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, or LinkedIn outreach.
  • Understanding of digital marketing concepts.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT (BSc IT, MSc IT, B.Tech) or Business (BBA, MBA) or any other field.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Up-to-date with the latest sales trends and best practices.
