The Role:

We are looking for our first Talent Acquisition Partner in India to join our global team. This is a foundational role where you will be a key contributor to our growing presence in the region. Working closely with the Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition, you'll be responsible for executing on the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles, primarily supporting our technical teams.

This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious recruiter to grow their skills, learn from a global team, and play a pivotal role in our early hiring efforts in India.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles in India, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Actively source and engage top-tier talent in the US and EMEA markets across R&D, G&A, and GTM teams.
  • Collaborate closely with the global TA team to stay aligned on hiring priorities and strategies.
  • Partner with global and India based hiring managers to understand their team's needs and provide guidance on the local candidate market.
  • Using our established best practices, ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process for all candidates, fostering transparent and timely communication throughout.
  • Help build talent pipelines for critical and high-volume roles, assisting in establishing our brand as a top employer globally.
  • Promote the organization's culture, mission, and values to attract a diverse and high-caliber pool of candidates.
  • Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Provide regular updates on hiring metrics, pipeline status, and market insights to stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about talent acquisition trends, tools, and best practices in the India and global markets to recommend process improvements.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience in a similar role.
  • 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment or a related role.
  • Proven ability to source and recruit top talent in competitive markets.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices.
  • Resourceful, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to delivering a high-quality candidate and stakeholder experience.
  • A collaborative mindset with a focus on achieving team and organizational goals.

This position is required to work in the office 5 days a week..
