Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Generator with 0–1 year of experience (Fresher to 1 year) to join our business development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating high-quality leads, and supporting the sales pipeline. Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through channels such as LinkedIn, email outreach, social media, and online research.
- Identify decision-makers and collect accurate contact information.
- Qualify leads based on business criteria and hand them over to the Business Development team.
- Maintain and update lead information in CRM tools.
- Assist in executing outreach campaigns and follow-up activities.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research to identify potential opportunities.
- Coordinate with BDEs and marketing teams to support pipeline building.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-up with prospects.
- Contribute ideas to improve lead-generation strategies and processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or MBA in Marketing or Sales.
- Fresher to 1 year of experience in lead generation, sales support, or business development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and B2B outreach.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, email tools, and internet research.
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to CRM tools like Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
- Basic knowledge of IT services, SaaS, or digital solutions.
- Experience with email automation or lead-generation tools.
- Interest in building a long-term career in business development or sales.
