Customer Support Specialist

We are hiring a Customer Support Specialist to manage and support our international (USA) clients. The selected candidate will be responsible for client onboarding, relationship management, service demonstrations, and ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience. This role involves close coordination with internal teams and regular client interactions to ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to international leads to understand their requirements and schedule onboarding meetings
- Conduct product and service demonstrations, explaining processes and pricing
- Build and maintain strong client relationships from onboarding to regular feedback meetings
- Proactively follow up with potential and existing clients to nurture relationships
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up data in the CRM
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Share regular updates and reports with management
Required Experience & Skills
- Mandatory experience in BPO/KPO or handling USA / international clients
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong customer handling and rapport-building abilities
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Customer advocacy and retention expertise
- Prior experience in customer support, customer success, or client onboarding roles
Shift Requirement (Mandatory):
- Candidates must be willing and able to work in a night shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM IST) to support USA clients.
