What You'll Be Doing:

· Handle inbound/outbound phone calls from customers for hotel booking/reservations.

· Provide accurate information regarding, services.

· Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

· Respond quickly to customer issues and manage a high volume of tasks.

· Collaborate effectively with team members and work independently when needed.

· Perform basic administrative duties as required.

What You'll Need

· A fresher with strong communication skills and a basic understanding of customer service, or a minimum of one year of BPO experience or hotel industry experience, would be an added advantage.

· HSC or High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Flexibility to support after-hours calls if needed.

· Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.

· Experience working with diverse teams and communities.
