Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom or contacting through calls/messages.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable car models.
  • Explain features, specifications, and pricing of vehicles clearly.
  • Conduct test drives and ensure smooth customer experience.
  • Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.
  • Negotiate pricing, finance options, and final deals to close sales.
  • Complete necessary documentation for booking, financing, and delivery.
  • Ensure vehicles are ready for delivery and coordinate with service/operations team.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay updated about new car models, features, promotions, and competitor offerings.
