About the Role:

We're looking for a highly skilled

Senior Google Ads Specialist

to lead and execute high-performing pay-per-click campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, and more. As a senior member of our digital team, you'll be responsible for strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting—all with a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute PPC strategies across multiple platforms (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, etc.)

Lead, manage, and mentor a team of PPC specialists (if applicable)

Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting

Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.)

Create ad copy, landing page briefs, and coordinate A/B testing

Manage monthly budgets and pacing

Report performance and insights using platforms like Google Analytics, Data Studio, or Looker

Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices

Collaborate with SEO, social media, content, and design teams for integrated campaigns

Communicate with stakeholders and clients to present strategies and results

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

2+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns

Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other major ad platforms

Strong analytical skills and experience using tools like GA4, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.

Proven ability to scale and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI

Leadership or team management experience is a plus

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Certification in Google Ads and Meta (preferred)
