The Specialist – Marketing Operations (Campaign Analyst) gathers, analyzes, and interprets marketing campaign data to optimize performance and drive business growth. This role ensures data accuracy, delivers strategic insights, and refines reporting processes to enhance marketing efficiency.

Key Accountabilities

What you'll be doing:

  • Develop and maintain scalable campaign reporting frameworks that support global marketing initiatives
  • Partner with campaign managers and business marketers to translate business goals into actionable reporting requirements and performance metrics.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across platforms (e.g., Pardot/HubSpot, 6sense, Google Analytics, Sprout Social) by establishing and enforcing reporting standards
  • Build and evolve dynamic, self-serve dashboards and automated reporting solutions to empower marketers with real-time performance insights.
  • Support quarterly and annual marketing performance reviews by synthesizing campaign data into CMO level reporting
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy through process enhancements, automation, and documentation.
Skills & Experience

You'll need to demonstrate:

  • Experience in Standard Reporting for Marketing Campaign
  • Experience in Campaign Reporting in Salesforce
  • Experience in extracting data into Power Bi and data analysis
  • Experience in building dashboards
  • Experience in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Bing Ads, Pradot/Hubspot etc
  • Experience in Marketing Automation
