Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Content Manager based in Pune. The Content Manager will oversee content strategy development, manage the editorial calendar, and lead content creation projects. Key responsibilities include producing high-quality educational materials, editing and proofreading content, collaborating with subject matter experts, and ensuring cohesive branding across all content platforms. The role also involves engaging with pharma professionals to understand their educational needs and developing targeted content accordingly.

Qualifications

  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with expertise in creating clear and engaging content.
  • Experience in developing content strategies and managing editorial calendars effectively.
  • Knowledge of pharmacology, drug mechanisms, and pharmaceutical/healthcare concepts.
  • Familiarity with social media content creation and engaging with professional healthcare communities.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Proficiency in tools for content creation and editing; experience with CMS platforms is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Communications, or related fields.
  • Prior experience in content management or content strategy in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector is a plus.
