Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Content Designer located in Pune. The Content Designer will create, manage, and optimize user-centered content across various platforms while ensuring alignment with the company's branding and objectives. Daily tasks include developing content strategies, conducting thorough research, designing effective and engaging content, and managing content workflows. The Content Designer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance clarity, accessibility, and engagement for the target audience.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Content Design and Content Strategy to develop and structure user-centered materials effectively and align with brand goals.
  • Proficiency in Communication and Research to create clear, impactful content and gather valuable insights for decision-making.
  • Experience with Content Management tools and systems to organize, update, and maintain content efficiently.
  • Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Design, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in agriculture, sustainability, or social impact industries is advantageous.
