Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Pre-Sales cum Customer Support Executive. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as assisting the sales team with pre-sales activities, addressing customer inquiries, providing online support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The executive will also be responsible for maintaining and improving customer service processes to enhance overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with excellent Business Communications
- Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability handle client interactions professionally
- Experience in the packaging industry is a plus
- Languages preferred English, Hindi, Kannada
