Job Title: Techno-Commercial Sales Executive / Manager

Industry: Building Materials ALC Wall Panels
Location: Chennai / Hyderabad / Bangalore
Experience: 5 Years in ALC Wall Panel or similar product segment
Salary: Up to 12 LPA

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Techno-Commercial Sales Professional to drive sales and business development for our ALC Wall Panel product line across South India (Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building materials, with proven experience in technical sales, project coordination, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction, infrastructure, and real estate sectors.
  • Promote ALC Wall Panels to architects, builders, contractors, consultants, and project developers.
  • Provide technical support, product demonstrations, and presentations to clients.
  • Handle project sales cycle from enquiry to order finalization and delivery coordination.
  • Prepare and deliver techno-commercial proposals and quotations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for logistics, dispatch, and after-sales support.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and project developments in assigned regions.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in line with company objectives.
Candidate Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in techno-commercial sales of ALC Wall Panels or similar building material products (e.g., AAC blocks, walling systems, prefab materials).
  • Must have a strong client network in South India (especially Chennai, Hyderabad, and Bangalore).
  • Sound knowledge of construction practices, project sales cycle, and product technical specifications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently across assigned territories.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); CRM tools knowledge is a plus.
  • B.Tech / Diploma in Civil / Mechanical Engineering or relevant field preferred.
