We are currently hiring for L1 integration support with us.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage
    system alerts
    and
    events
    to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Create, assign, and track
    tickets
    from initial alert to successful resolution.
  • Escalate issues promptly to the appropriate
    support level
    or team.
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve incidents efficiently.
  • Identify opportunities for
    productivity improvements
    and contribute to reducing the frequency of incidents and events.
  • Document processes, known issues, and solutions for knowledge base updates.

Skills & Requirements

  • 1+ year
    of experience in
    Control-M
    or
    ETL integration support
    .
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to handle
    multiple priorities
    effectively.
  • Enthusiastic learner, eager to work on
    middleware projects
    and explore new technologies.
  • Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities in integration environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with ITIL processes for
    incident
    and
    event management
    .
  • Exposure to enterprise scheduling tools or middleware platforms.
