Center Manager - PMKK Aurangabad

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Center Manager to lead our PMKK Aurangabad center. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of skill development projects, preferably with experience in Skill India initiatives.

Excellent communication skills.

Must be Marathi Speaking,

Strong understanding of MS Office/MS Excel skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the PMKK Aurangabad center, ensuring smooth execution of skill development on-going projects.

  2. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of trainers, coordinators, and other staff to achieve project goals.

  3. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including Skill India, training partners, and local industries.

  4. Training Operations: Ensure high-quality training delivery, monitoring, and evaluation.

  5. Reporting and Documentation: Manage data entry, reporting, and documentation using MS Excel and Word.

Requirements:

. Experience:
Proven experience in managing skill development projects, preferably with Skill India initiatives (2-3 projects).

  1. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Marathi (mandatory).

  2. Technical Skills: Strong command over MS Excel and Word.

  3. Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team.

  4. Understanding of Skill Development: Good knowledge of skill development projects and initiatives.
